East and west have very different associations with the image of the dragon. What, for one, is the symbol of power and creativity; for the other, is cruelty and destructive force. In this workshop, we will explore the myth of the dragon, a journey to explore the tale of our creative energy. How to develop our talent? How to go with time? How to bind the two sides of creative and destructive on our path of self-development? How to recognize and align the inner dragon with the dragon energy in the outer world? How to “live” our dragon to its full potential and be connected to a higher purpose to serve? We will also use the dragon symbol to explore situational leadership—the light and shadow side of good and bad leadership and why.
About Qi Zhang
Qi Zhang is a leadership coach and entrepreneur. Qi’s own life course is an embodiment of change management. She specializes in ancient Chinese wisdom (she has a profound knowledge about iChing and its application), Jungian depth psychology, and group dynamics. Qi is experienced working with individuals and groups to address complex leadership and culture change challenges. Her ability to bridge the East and West, and more specifically combine the iChing wisdom with personal and organizational development enables her clients to quickly arrive at rich understanding and broader perspectives about their role and the context they are in. In so doing, she facilitates the client to release their great potentials to bring meaningful changes to the world, and to take responsible action with choices instead of impulses.
