Facilitation helps organizations work more effectively by solving problems and developing strategies together.
The methods are diverse. This can be a process or dialog support for higher identification with the organization or a joint event such as outdoor training that strengthens team togetherness.
Facilitators are empathic communication professionals who initiate valuable dialogues. They are the ones who set fundamental impulses for development and change, and sparring partners when it comes to efficient and sustainable collaboration within an organization and planning for the institutional future.
The goal of facilitating is to unite the potentials of a system in a meaningful way. In this manner, we accelerate processes, initiate and accompany necessary change within organizations. We work together towards more personal responsibility, initiative and increased identification with your organizational goals.
When our target is problem solving and goal achievement, there is a need for individualized offerings. Our services are tailored entirely to your organizational needs, which can look very different, overlap and go hand in hand.
The colorful range of facilitation
… without a claim to completeness.
Event-Facilitation
Usually in the form of events such as panel discussions, couch chats, or Q&A sessions. In these and other events, the facilitator acts primarily as moderator and mediator.
Workshops
The intensive examination of problems and/or individual specific topics as well as the accompaniment of transformation processes in the form of workshops, is a highly efficient facilitation method.
Lego® Serious Play®
Playing Lego® sounds childish, but in this form it is not. The method implies moderated thinking, communication and problem-solving for organizations and teams. Lego® Serious Play® is based on research findings from various business fields, organizational development psychology, and the concept of “hand knowledge”. As such, it is much more than a mere gimmick, being a considerable help with organizational development.
Outdoor-Activities
People develop through action. Activities in nature, movement-related tasks, and challenges enable participants to address fundamental organizational issues. The action-oriented approach that takes part in the outdoors makes problems, necessities, wishes and needs within a group visible and comprehensible on different levels. We help you create and find ways for change by doing and walking.
